Looking for a group or club to join that rides from fourways to the cradle 30+km/h pace

E bikes in road races that end up pulling groups is a real issue...

-Does anyone have any information about There being a Gauteng time trial champs? -When? where? or does it even exist? -If it does exist what are the entry requirements? Secondly are regional champs a prerequisite for competing in national champs? Any useful information is appreciated Thanks
