  1. Hey there folks. I trust you're well. Where can I find a Tioga Undercover Stratum saddle in JHB or RSA even? Thanks
  2. Hi there Trek Madone owners. Have any of you experienced issues with sideways movement on your Madone's seat post? Particularly the models that have the ISO SPEED feature underneath the top tube. I'm contemplating buying a Madone SLR7 but found a disconcerting article on the web, about the seat post on these models, giving issues. (see this link:https://www.trainerroad.com/forum/t/madone-slr-seatpost-isospeed-help/21469) I'd appreciate your honest objective feedback Thanks folks
  3. Hi folks. Does anyone know where I can get spares for a XTR M9100 pedal? I've tried all my local bike shops and the Shimano RSA agents (Cool Heat) don't have. I need what's know as the "binder", the small metal piece that holds the tension screw in place, into which the back of the cleat clips. (see attached pic)
  4. Like I said, it's not light weight I'm after, just the minimalist look of some of the cages, is what's cool to me.
  5. Thank you for the help folks. Anyone know who in RSA does the Laguna 17g carbon bottle cages?
  6. Thank you. I just liked the minimalist idea of no cage. In that case, I'll look at Laguna's carbon bottle cage. They're only 17grams. I don't consider myself a weight weanie, but I just like a cage that's as small, simple as possible. The Laguna's are very pricy though.
  7. Ha, perfect answer Shaper. I didn't consider the ageing aspect. That puts it into perspective. Thank you
  8. Thanx mtbDobby. If I may ask though, did you give yourself time to get used to the different concept of "remounting" the bottle?
  9. Omnico has a few left in limited colours but told me they probably not getting again
  10. Why so Patchelicious? What was your experience? Do they fall out on rough stuff? I've seen video clips of guys doing back flips with these on their bikes. It seems that during landing, the bottle will be forced downwards even harder onto the mounting lugs
  11. Hi folks. I'm contemplating trying Fabric's Cageless water bottles on my MTB. Has anyone had any experience with these? Please let me know. Thanx

Haha. Not sure the steel wool will do the trick though.
