I had a Tacx Flow with the same issue. Evobikes sent it to Garmin and they told me the normal turnaround time is 7-10 days. To my surprise I received a completely new unit from Garmin as it happened within the 2 year warranty. Good luck with it !
I moved from The Netherlands to SA some years ago and have never bought a new bike over here. Is it common practice to ask for a discount when buying a new bike and if it is, what would be a reasonable percentage for a bike of around 60K ?
