Hi all, I have a 2023 RC that was in perfect condition before I took it to a local bike shop for a routine pivot service. Unfortunately, they’ve completely messed up the main pivot axle, the upper link pivot axle, and possibly some of the bearings in the system. Can anyone recommend a bike shop in the Pretoria East or Centurion area that’s experienced with servicing these frames and knows what they’re doing? I'm concerned the bike may already be damaged, so it likely needs a repair rather than just a service at this point.

Same issue here. Going to push for a refund. Luckily I did not buy directly.
