  1. Can you recommend a tool set or know of someone selling theirs?
  2. Good morning fellow hubbers, So I’m slowly but surely collecting all the basic tools needed for a home work shop. However I do not have a proper workshop stand yet. What stand can you recommend and witch are best value for money? I’d even look at a secondhand stand if you know of any worth the buc.
  3. Just canceled the cdc order... So this is the one then? Do you guys rate this??
  4. Do you use this light for mountain biking?
  5. Just ordered one. Thanks for the lead. It looks great.
  6. I feel like the first one you recommended might be to weak and second one is quite expensive. Don't think I want to spend that much. They do however look like great quality and I've noticed that they are popular in South Africa under the night riders...
  7. Good morning fellow hubbers. Ive started doing more night rides and my 400 lumen cheapy just doesn't give me enough riding time. What can you recommend to use that last longer than 2hrs and gives enough light to speed up and down mountains. I was looking at the speedmaster 1600 lumen for R990.00... https://bike-addict.co.za/products/speedmaster-1600-lumen-light Can anyone shed some light (pun intended) on this for me?
  8. Hi all, The rebound adjuster on my brand new Cannondale Scalpel Si 1 is quite "sticky"/ difficult to adjust... Im not sure if this is normal. Can someone shed some light on this matter?
  9. Good evening, I recently purchased a 2018 Cannondale Scalpel Si 1 and came to realize after setting up my suspension that the rebound adjuster is quite sticky, this doesn't seem normal to me... Is this normal or should I have it checked out? Note: the rebound adjuster does work. its just pretty sticky.. The suspension is Rock Shock Monarch xx 100mm travel with a hydraulic dual lockout.
  10. Good morning all and happy Monday... I hope you got to spend some good time on your bikes this weekend. I was wondering if you could assist me in making the decision of witch bike to buy a bit easier as i'm torn between the 2019 Cannondale Scalpel 3 and the Santa Cruz Blur with GX. Im definitely not a podium contender at this stage of my life and im not sure if ill ever be. I weigh in at 98kg and my height is 1.79m so ill definitely go for a large size frame. I'm currently riding a Scott Spark 910 and its a great bike however I went from always riding a hardtail to this bike and the geometry is just to laid back or relaxed for me if that makes sense. What are your opinions on the Cannondale and Santa Cruz geometry, components, price, maintenance and after market service? Please feel free to shed some light on this as I've never owned a Cannondale or a Santa Cruz. Here are links to both of the bikes: http://cyclelab.com/santa-cruz-blur-29-mountain-bike-carbon-fog/ http://cyclelab.com/cannondale-scalpel-si-carbon-3-29-mountain-bike-2019/ Thanks for reading the above and assisting me with this.
  11. Thank you and sorry. I didn't mean to be rude. I'm new to the Bikehub.
