From the onset our family was assured that this is a strong case . I personally followed up every two weeks for a year with the police and there was always this sense of hope that Nino's death will receive the justice it deserves. The next communication we receive is that we don’t have a case as there was no witnesses .There was no witnesses in many high profile cases in this country , but yet these cases ended in convictions. Hence my plea to share Nino's tragic death and lack of justice far and wide.

On 24 Feb 2018 my brother was killed by a hit and run at the start of a race near Krugersdorp.A suspect was arrested but later released as the case needed to be investigated.A year later and the suspect is still enjoying life.To make maters worse I was informed today that the case will most probably not even see the court as there is no witness to the hit and run and the SAP forensic department can not match the paint of Nino's bike and that of the suspects vehicle.I can not believe that my brothers life was taken and our family ripped apart with no action to provide closure and justice.Please share this as awareness in this regard Is needed...just maybe justice will prevail.
