I am in the process of restoring an old Norman road bike. Seeing as it's local to Cape Town, I am looking for a license plate to add to mine.
I wasn't born yet in the time of bicycle licenses, so would appreciate if someone can explain to me how it worked? Was it per municipal, or province or what?
