  1. I finally got a pair that fit me.
  2. Good morning everyone So I don’t like the big bulky edge 800 on mu stumpy. So i got a watch. And then i also got these slicks for the amashova on my hardtail from a very generous fellow rider. It makes a huge difference. And im enjoying them.
  3. I second that. Ill definitely put in an order.
  4. Yes i saw a few good deals. Ill get one when im ready for it. I also like what i read up on zwift. Have a good day.
  5. Very nice. I almost bought a kickr snap earlier but decided to rather save up and get a direct drive from the start. What app do you use to train on?
  6. Morning everyone. Got some protection and bling to match the fork and valve caps.
  7. Lekker. So every time you train you have to take your axel out? Do you leave it on the trainer and take it off just when going to ride?
  8. Hi. What trainer and bike are you using?
  9. Enjoy! May you have many safe and pleasurable kms
  10. Great buy. Have you taken it on a test ride?
  11. Very nice. What wrench set is that and if i may ask where did you get it?
  12. Congrats. It’s a huge difference. Have lots of fun!
  13. Thank you very much. It rides like a dream. Smashed 95% of my personal records on trails already.
  14. Good evening everyone So last week a dream cane true.
  15. This link takes me to another page with nothing of this event
  16. Hi Download the trail forks app. It helps a lot. But i will definitely recommend to call Jacques at knysna cycle works. I rented a bike from him and also paid him to take me out in knysna one day. Definitely worth it.
  17. Lol. Sorry for that. Didn’t see. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Sorry there. My daughter pressed on my screen. So technically she had her first post on here. Lol I have the same bike as you and loving it. I ride tar twice a week, gravel once a week and maybe trails in the area once every 2 weeks. I went to the ikons 2.2 both front and back on the guys i ride with recommendations as they ride with them. They are great and work well for what im riding. This weekend i went to karkloof twice. The first day was perfect with those tires. Saturday evening it rained. Sunday i wished a had a bit more grip on the front. But for winter coming up i think that combination for my riding is good. For the next raining season I’ll definitely put a bit more grip on the front. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Good evening Im also a newbie to MTB and also from KZN. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Sounds lekker. From what time will you guys practice?
  21. Thank you very much. I was planning on putting a dropper post on. Will just have to do it sooner then.
  22. HiHowic does have a lot of accommodation. You should come right on the net or air b&b even. On the karkloof road there are a few guesthouses that mostly cater for the mtb community.
  23. Sounds great. Im a rookie to mtb and ride a hardtail. Will i be fine with the enduro? I ride karkloof a lot but take the b lines.
  24. Ill do that when it’s on. Thanks. May i bother you with another newbie question then? It says in the specs that it’s tubeless ready. Is that just the wheels or the tires too? It’s 29x2,3 ground control in front and 29x2,1 fast trak rear. Was it necessary to buy new tires or could i just have converted them to tubeless by putting tape and slime in?
  25. Ok thanks Ive been running the tires it came out with on 2 bar for both.
