Silicone Mafia

For the Road bike, I use the standard Garmin upfront mount with a quarter-turn flange mount adapter. Sometimes the Garmin Chest mount. I use the Garmin GoPro Datafield (app in connect IQ) on my edge device to start/stop recording. Well, the app works most of the time. If not, the GoPro is easy to reach to press record g3.mp4

You can also do it on your Garmin device, Sensor/ Sensor detials/Shifting mode, I can change it during riding. 20250502_140753.mp4
