Hi guys I want to service my shock. Its a manitou r7 with remote lockout. The remote lockout isnt working and the shock needs tweaking. How much does a shock service cost, and where would you advise me to take the shock to be repaired? I live in welgemoed.

What beginner frame would you suggest

So i should buy me a frame and a front shock? I have all the other components needed. I want to start mtbing so whats the cheapest way? Thanx for all the advice guys
