Can anyone help me with route profiling directly from the internet. I do not have a GPS. What sites etc could I visit? Has someone done this for themselves. I would like to do a profile for a race. Thanks.

Does anyone have any information on where I can contact medics/Medical standby for a MTB race. Are there specific companies that do this? The race will be in the Boland, Western Cape. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
