It records movements with accelerometer if under pillow or uses microphone to record sounds during the night when on bedside table. following morning you will be surprised by the data it captures. Breathing and snoring recording. Think it determines your asleep when movements are low and breathing a certain rythym. It works very well even when fan/aircon is on. Give it a go. Especially for training to record resting HR every morning it has this feature aswell
  2. Sleep cycle app, monitors your sleeping patterns during the night and wakes you up in slow and peaceful state when your not in a deep sleep REM. Put your phone next to you on the bedside table or under your pillow on flight mode. The alarm can be set with several relaxing sounds and it gradually increases volume but the main benefit is that your never in a deep sleep when it goes off. you can set your parameters for monitoring. I schedule my alarm and the app will wake you up in a 15-30 min (you can set accordingly) window to be woken up

  5. Hi,please give me advice as i purchased a Cannondale XL frame, amd im uncertain if this is correct size. im 1,87cm tall. i would just like certainty if this is the correct size for me or if i should rather get a large
