Good day all! I have a Merida Matt’s TFS400, I think it’s a 2009 model. I bought it second hand. I’m very happy with it. I wanted to ask those in the know. Where do you start with upgrading components? And how do you know what will work and fit? There’s so much out there, and all those components have different names and numbers. It’s quite overwhelming, I don’t know what questions to ask or where to begin. So far, the first thing I’m going to do is change the stem with a shorter one. Then I was thinking of changing the chain and gears. But do you replace with the identical components? Or is there a way to know what the upgraded set is? I’m trying to get back into Triathlons, so I’d like my bike to be the best that I can make it, for training and beginner races. Eventually I’ll get a road bike, when I get a bit more serious into the sport. I appreciate your input

Morning Everyone. What’s the process to follow after being scammed on the BikeHub marketplace? After waiting since Friday for the Waybill number for a Suunto Ambit3 I bought from a chap Cyclelife.cfm, I got annoyed and entered his number into TrueCaller. They say he’s a scammer. My WhatsApp messages aren’t going through. And he doesn’t answer my calls. What now? Do I just accept that my cash is gone? Or is there a process to follow and retrieve it? I thank you for your input.
