Hey Riaan I want to replace the bb. Where did you get that wheels one ? Is it aluminum cups and then you just replace bearings ?

The crank did come off. I found its a PF30. I wonder if I can run this BB without changing the cranks, my concern is the space for external bearings https://bike-addict.co.za/collections/bottom-bracket/products/race-face-pf30-bottom-bracket Otherwise I'll just have to put a new one like for like.

Learning more about the bike components and optimum setup. First hack. How to remove the specialized stout cranks. Dust cap comes off , non drive crank removed and spindle with spacer seems stiff. Do I use some penetrating oil and mallet ? The goal is to inspect what i think is a press fit bb but also replace it
