$uck, $uck!!! why can't these idiots admit that they got caught and leave the sport with the millions they've sucked out already?
And you are... big mouth!!!Good to see someone interested in the WP. Anyway theres no need for anyone to guess because I will take the win' date=' like I've done with aevery other race in THE WP.smileys/smiley32.gif" align="middle" />Anyone knows how the RR top 3 will look for u23/elites?? smileys/smiley17.gif" align="middle" />
Know what they say... a fat ego comes standard in a sprinter.
Good, cant you do your own thing? go train!!!!!
Anyone knows how the RR top 3 will look for u23/elites??
Well if you think that you better than these guys, good. and ya just like you said, don't take it personal. So if you gonna go out there and try to beat these guys day in and day out, I fill for you. Know what they say, "Don't hate the player, player, hate the system"
If anyone asks, I was never here!!!!!!
Guess the is a reason why me and you don't make these decisions, Lets hop hope the selectors know what they are doing and yep, time will tell. Still don't buy that List of yours!!!
See you in Mars.
Being Broke is not part of my religion-20Cent
Ok if you want three riders u23 that are from cape town. I would keep Anton' date=' and include Travys Wilkins and Charles Keey
[/quote'] Go drawn yourself!!! You know what could do you a world of good? All the riders on the list and the two you just added just did the tour of Durban, which was most recent, so how about you take a pick at the results and wake up!!!!
Ok its obvious you not going to come with that non-existence list of your, "make sure got bullets before you point a gun" Remember, cycling is still in its growth phase in SA, unlike other countries, we are looking and building the future and making sure that development takes place in the process. Why put u23 riders in a race were most the other teams going to send riders 25 plus
Clueless? thought so. ZippIt help out. Is it hard to notice that all those boys are under23 except for Minaar? they are there so they can be groomed for the future and improved, Minaar is surely there to assist them. And why would you compare an under23 with a 25-30 year old? do you have that list or not?Why must they be u23?
Bottom line! Its just not fairIf i speak for just the cape riders on the selection list' date=' i can give you 3 other riders from the cape of the same age with no UCI points, that have had better results all season long. (a number of them hubbers)
[/quote'] Dare us Token!! Give us your Three. I bet you all talk but no action. Show us you know what you talking about and not just blabbing. Hop your three has consistent results, are under 23 and have a good trek record. If not, go Tokenicate yourself

Good point Mallo, but theres nothing you can do about other people's stubbornness. ZippIt, thanks for clarifying to these moron's what the champs are about. it would have been good if they went to the UCI website and read about the champs before they made comments while clueless.
PEET, I think you suck!!!!!
Mallo I think you have a point there. Good to have people like you in sites like these, cos most people are not capable of rooming the wild unassisted, good thought's there, think action is needed. I'd say I like you, but like your thinnking.
What you think determines your actions, your actions determine your habits, your habits determine your character, your character determine your ddestiny-20Cent.
I'm sorry but you are very wrong 20 cent...
I have a pretty good idea what is going on in the sport...
Furthermore I have competed against every single one of the riders selected for the mens teams...
As far as I'm concerned there is no room for development in a national team... whether it be world B's or not... It is a privelage to represent your country and it should be reserved for your best riders... otherwise it becomes meaningless for those who get selected... no rider selected to ride for a team wants people questioning his abilities and the motives for his selection...
Development should happen at the club and provincial level... give the riders opportunities to prove themselves and develop locally... then you will have the best team and it will be representitive... instead of just window dressing... this selection is a joke... and everyones thinking it' date=' but to scared to say it... Its really sad for guys who are left out cause they aren't classed as development...[/quote']
Unfortunately I only read about these guys "mens team" so I cant say much on that department. `I don't wanna talk deeply about development because its a whole new discussion on its own, to keep it simple, lets remember that they weren't given the chance in the olden days, so unlike us, they are still playing catch-up. Without being funny, I think we should give them the international level experience, not club and provincial level only. If we do so, it will be clear if they are capable of bigger things or not.
I've been visiting this site on monthly basis to see whats being said about interesting topics. I must say, some of the guys don't have a clue about whats going on with SA
cycling. Instead of shoving the word politics where ever you fill appropriate, how about trying Development? Yep, these are world B champs for crying out loud, this young young team is sent there for the experience and hopefully come back with something. They are not competing at the world's or with our under23 team in Belgium, so shame on you. with
that kind of thinking brain, our sport will take a long time to grow big and strong and guys like Maluleki and Khaka have some impressive results under their names, including Minnar. So instead of yip yaping, Think.
Tour de Korea team!
in The Bike Room
Posted
he team heading for Korea comprise Team CSC/Marcello's Chris Willemse Jnr, Jeremy Maartens and Abdelbasset Hannachi, David George and MTN/Microsoft's Daniel Spence and Jonathan Kinnear.
Can anyone clear this for me:
Is this a South African Team... which will wear SA colors or is it a csc team? I mean half the squad is csc and if it is a SA team, how did it come about that Hannachi is in the team? I understand he is Egyptian/Algerian? If its a csc funded team then thumbs up!!! if not
