We hope that you’ve all been out and about enjoying this spring weather. We haven’t had much of an opportunity to because we’ve been in Europe - ha ha! But we’re back from all the fun and spoils. Eurobike was a fantastic event and we met many new suppliers - including some who thought having body painted girls on their stands would attract attention. Not ours though. Well, maybe just a little. In between frequent walk pasts of one of two particularly eye-catching ladies... sorry, exhibits, we found some great kit and negotiated some awesome deals. Over the years we’ve made it our mission to bring you the best products at the best prices and our annual visit to Eurobike really makes this possible. Once the show was over we headed over to Riccione, Italy to train with former World Cycling Champion, Maurizio Fondriest. CWC Euro Tour in Italy Thanks to everyone for making this trip a great success. To ride with a pro rider, Stefano and former World Champion, Maurizio Fondriest for 6 days was absolutely outstanding. The Hotel was amazing (cycling orientated to the max) The organisation from a cycling prespective was unimaginable. Thanks once again eveyone for making this tour a great success. La Vida Bella! Talking about things Italian, and in case you’ve been following the current Vuelta (Tour of Spain), stage 16 of the event has recently been taken by the young Italian cyclist, Dario Cataldo. CWC just arrived in Friedrichshafen, Germany checking out the world’s largest cycling expo and event, THE EUROBIKE SHOW!! For the Pièce de Résistance, and since Chris is “big on the family ‘n big on the pizza”, he will be taking the boys down to the North-Italian town of Riccione! Not only will they enjoy the best of Mama Italia’s cooking, but they will be meeting up with the youngest Italian to win the World Road Cycling Champion and owner of Fondriest Bicycles, Maurizio Fondriest!
