Hi all, We are fairly new in the game and the buzz rack locks with a key on the clamp, they cut the straps and the clamp was still "locked" so clearly they know what they are doing and we honestly believed the bikes to be secure. Our car was parked for such a short period, 10 min at max as we just grabbed a take a way coffee. When we got back to the car, the guard was sitting in the car parked next to us, and the hut was on the other side of the car. When we realised what had happened we drove in Westlake direction, but CCTV footage showed him leaving on the bike down Dalmore road. A real expensive lesson to learn!
