Full Race - 5 Stages Lite Race - 3 Stages  Stages are: FULL: Training CampsFreeride>SupersForest FrenzyRevisedMast>BR1>BR2>Happy HopsLITE: Training CampsFreeride>SupersForest Frenzy All A-lines and B-lines will be marked clearly for safety All Stages are open for practice apart from Forest Frenzy. This will be opened for practice closer to the race date and more info will be sent out closer to the time. All normal Contermanskloof Permit Rules apply for any pre-practicing. Food and drinks will be available on race day Information on start times and registration will be released a week before the event.  Recommended Riding Gear: knee & elbow pads long sleeves gloves note this gear is not compulsory, just recommended.
