I'm with you on this one!! Was looking for a sub3, but cramped so bad, I nearly missed a sub4 I do a lot of races, and has not had any majour cramping problems, but yesterday was bad!!!!! I know I'm fit enough and took enough liquid in, but the cramps still kept on coming....

We should compile a list of cyclists that got punctires on saturday and sunday on the hub and use that as a starting point to lay claims.....

Yes, that sucks!! I got one near the Kloofzight circle. There were about 60 cyclists fixing tubes at one time!! To the guy / gang whom did this... thanks, you are real a-holes!!!!

I agree. As we were passed by the pro's, the AL bunch had to clinch to the left to make way for the pro's coming back, a lot of them were ver the white line.... (This happened near Lindequesdrift turnoff)

I've got an Atomic 100 miler and they are pretty good, but can't compare to the Club 100 Cape Storm shorts!!!

Whats funny... is that there is no oncoming traffic for you not to pass the cyclists... Why waste 30 minutes driving around taking photo's of cyclists. Where do you suppose cyclists in JHB train, since there are not a lot of traffic in the Cradle, and chances of us being killed by a taxi are a bit slimmer, not like Hendrik Potgieter where that cyclist was killed. Although I belong to one of these clubs, I don't do group rides with them, so I'm just askin you these questions...?

Rest in peace Cyclist. Please stay away from Hendrik Potgieter, rather take the car and start from Stone Cradle in the Cradle. Hendrik Potgieter is just to busy and dangerous for cyclists...
