    Its been about 10 rides since I changed the annoying, singing, squealing, grinding G3 rotors on my Avid Elexir setup to XT rotors and not a single squeak from the brakes - amazing transformation.

    I just changed the G3 rotors to XT and problem solved - dead quiet brakes.

    I have the same problem on my brand new Anthem X1. Ive changed to organic pads and the noise/vibration persisted. Time to change them to Shimano.
