Well, I hope he was a proper technie. 😀 My understanding was that there was a piece he could not source due to age of shock. I'll give him a call in the morning to understand the exact terminology. If i know the size I can do some of my own research as well to understand better what my options are I suppose. Thx for the guidance though, agree that it needs to be looked at annually. Ok thx, i'll have a look if anything on the side. Im struggling with understanding under what conditions to measure between eyelet and trunnion bolt. Top bits all move. Replacing because it doesnt lock out anymore and cant get replacement parts.

Hey all. Is there a way to lookup what the sizings on a Giant anthem 3 2017 model rear shock? Looking to replace it, but not sure what stroke,size needs to be. It is currently a rockschock delux rt trunnion mount, but not sure what I need to start looking for interms of replacement sizing.
