  1. I tend to have the same problem. Warm-up ride or indoor trainer will not solve the issue unless you have that extra time available. What works for me is to use a foam roller 5-7 minutes before I start riding to roll out the core muscles. This helps warming up the muscles and makes for a better ride from the start.
