Hi Hubbers, Can anyone suggest a good road in Centurion and surrounding areas that you can do a +-20min time trial on? I have been using the highway to Harties, but this is becoming more and more dangerous and I cant seem to find an alternative. Thanks

Very flat ride. Especially the shorter distance. The route profile really doesnt paint a proper picture.

Hi All, Does anyone know of a GREAT mechanic in Pta. I have a Cervelo with internal cabling and the rear derrailer cable keeps jamming. Have replaced cables and housing, but I continue to battle.

Terrible parking arrangements. Very dangerous ride. My friend rode cat 4 and ended up finishing in an ambulance. They really need to do some more research before just changing route. Narrow roads with no hills to split the bunch up! Oh well. Now for Emperors next weekend.

Hi there, My local bike store fitted Shimano cable to my 11Speed Super Record Gruppo and the shifting was not to great. The cable wasn't releasing properly. I just changed all the cables to the Campy Ultra low friction cables and all is sorted. My machine is shifting better then ever. Only use CAMPY for CAMPY. Chow.

Hi Guy's, The local bike store fitted Shimano cables on my bike and I read somwhere that the Campag Cablesmust be used. I just finished fitting all new cables and housing (Campy ultra low friction) and the bike is shifting like Butter. Leason learned. If its a Campy Gruppo Stick to Campy Cables..

I agree. Three weeks ago I was also experiencing severe knee pain. After my setup was corrected within a week the pain subsided.
