Note sure if you completed your app. You can have my code if you like. Very crude and hardcoded for my use, but it works to convert tcx to hrm.

I have uploaded many rides and I did receive my points. From a upload perspective they can not detect it as the data is sent from Polar to them.

Did you get sorted. I wrote a app to convert tcx to hrm and then a second app(Some other dude wrote this app). that will upload the hrm to polar. I wrote the converter for my forerunner305, but it should be ok for most tcx files. I also hard coded some of the settings, but I am sure to can update if required.
