So I bought this bike second hand and don't know that much about it I believe that it's a 2009 rockshox boxxer wc fork but not certain and my adjustors won't budge the low speed compression moves a small bit but the high speed won't move at all and the bottom out moves the slitesd bit any ideas of what might be wrong and or how I could fix it. And the bike doesn't have a rebound adjustor the knob at the bottom of the fork
