hi FRAIL Thanks alot for the headlamp. it cam in very handy as i cycled to the two oceans half marathon. No I did not do the run as well. I did the CONSTANTIA waterpoint for the 21km. I do that waterpoint every year.

Hi Fellow Hubber It would be great if you can tell us more about youe ambitions around cycling. Are you a roadie or MTB ? Are you preparing for DIE BURGER ? DO you need a group to join etc. ? Unless, of course you settle for the coffee shop rider status like me. Have fun anyway !
