  1. Hi guys.... so I recently purchased a specialized enduro FSR 2017 model and I noticed the shock does not get tied onto the frame but onto a yoke but now the problem I'm having is I don't see any shocks for sale that look similar to mine mainly the part where the yoke ties onto. Is there a specific rear shock that I need or what do I do...seriously need some guidance thanks in advance.
  2. Howsit guys. I just wanted to find out if there are any guys or local bike shops that stock reverse angle spacers to give a slacker head angle or even a headset that gives a degree or more slacker head angle.

    Rear shock travel

Thanks for this advice I Will try and do so now to see howmuch rear travel the the shock realistically has. I didn't bottom the shock out I bought the bike under the impression that it has 120mm travel but now I want to see if it is true and was asking how to do so and if the Frame can compensate for more travel or not

    Rear shock travel

That would definitely be on the cards but not immediately.

Okay so how do I find out the leverage ratio of the bike I have is or is it not that simple? Sorry it's just so confusing to me
  6. Hi guys. So recently I've purchased a dual suspension bike. Coming from a couple of hardtails I'm kinda lost on how the rear shock travel works. I've noticed on the shock the eye to eye travel is 190x 45mm stroke but how do I figure out howmuch travel that is in total for example is it 120mm or 110mm etc I'm currently riding a 2019 Norco Optic and was wanting to get more shock travel out of it. Is it possible or not?? Thanks in advance
  7. Good evening guys. Just wanted to find out are there any shops in and around Cape Town who stock Spank Industries parts for example: stems, pedals, handle bars etc etc. Really looking for those items and if it can be bought locally it would be a major help to me. Thanks in advance
  8. Hi guys. I'm in search of a specialized enduro comp preferably an older model. I'm willing to buy just a frame and rear shock If possible. Are these bikes scarce or will it be easy finding one?? Thanks in advance
  9. Hi everyone. Is there anyone that does dropper post services as a side line who is abit cheaper than specialized themselves for servicing of a a dropper post. Or am I recommended to rather take it to specialized to have it serviced. Thanks in advance
  10. Could this be the same guy who is selling it. It's a guy from Worcester he says he built the bike from frame up. Thanks for the feed back though I think I've made my mind up and will probably go for it๐Ÿ‘
  11. So would you suggest in your own opinion that it's a good bike or should one rather move along. Components look decent aswell everything was SLX so doesn't seem too bad
  12. Hi everyone kinda new into the whole mountain biking scene been doing it for just under a year now. I am on my 3rd hardtail and was thinking why not go dual suspension. I then saw a bike for sale that suits my budget but I've never came across the name before. It's called Hurricane and it carbon aswell. So I tried googling about this specific bike and I couldn't find anything about it. Would be very helpful if someone could guide me on whether these are decent bikes or not and if its better to stay away
