  1. Hello all ! We are having a fund raising for Jonkershoek trail building and maintenance. Thursday 14 June - 18:45 Venue: BMT Bike Shop in Dorp Street, Stellenbosch. (next to Asta la Pasta - just up from R44 - Corner of Mark Road and Dorp Street) See attached - all money raised goes straight to trail building and maintenance in Jonkershoek. The Fire Trail and the new upper extension (under construction) of the Canaries have all come from donations from Mountain Bikers. We want more trails !! A Wines2Whales Entry wll be auctioned & a Specialized 29er MTB is in the raffle – all proceeds will be used for upgrading of the trails in Jonkershoek. COME AND JOIN US ! Cheers Malcolm
  2. Front: Maxxis High Roller 2.35" Single Ply Super Tacky 42a compound. It's not UST but works perfectly with Stans Light and no problems in 5 years on 6" bike. Rear: Maxxis High Roller 2.35" dual ply 60 compound. Flippin heavy but bullet proof. It's not UST but works perfectly with Stans And the same on my DH bike but in 2.5. Never had luck with Kendas - always puncturing sidewalls or tread.
  3. I use the Photochromic clear. Clear enough for no moon night rides and becomes dark enough for Cederberg burn your eyeballs February sun. Most other Rudy Project glasses I've seen use this lens.
