  1. point made thanks! on this serious issue you criticize on a spelling mistake,is that all you can respond to?is that all you can think of ?this is why we have endles futile debates couze it's people like you that contrubute nothing to issues of this country.
  2. Thought for the day-"In order order to understand any situation you need to be in one"-alot of people talk about apartheid like expects. a lot talk about affirmative action like they designed it. whether you are for or against, you expirienced crime against you or your family. put your self in shoes of someone who lost a father at the age of 10. what would you like to teach him? that hate all blacks couze one killled your father or trust in the Lord as he is the giver of life?and no matter what anyone says or does it's how you react and what you become that makes another 10year old without a father want to become like.black or white there are 10year olds alike and they all grow up to be men like us immagine if all black 10 year olds in 1980 who lost their parents or family because of apartheid where to fataly hate the opressor, they would be 32 year olds murder weapons ruling our country. this is what hate does it destroys passion builds, let's all be passionate about our country and fight the real enermy "crime"
  3. makes me sad to hear & read of such inhuman acts,my heart felt condolences to the lil' boy who just lost his father at a young age to such act. It angers me that we can't ride the veld & streets without fear, but what scares me the most is people putting color on crime.the past has nothing to do with this incident but how we act and respond to such sad news has everything to do with how we can make this country a place we can all call home.no one has asked anyone to be apologetic about the past even if you where not there, but how we act & react now determines what we gonna have to be apologetic about in the future.we have 11 languages in the country & crime is none of them, let's fight crime like civil citizens not like the very few who spit on our freedom to live to ride.no one has said it out loud but the few posts by my fellow hubbers who i am in arms with in cycling with suggests. let's fight crime, let's Ride 4 Life. I too have been faced with such crime while riding but by the grace of the Lord here I stand.
  4. makes me sad as a cyclist & a person to hear of such of tragedies.my heart felt condolences go to the lil' boy who lost his dad at such a young age. It angers me that we can't ride the veld & streets without fear of such, let's not put color on murder or any crime but a search for justice as we are in a civil world where only a delinquent very few carry out such savage acts.It does no one any good to blame the past for such acts,as we are in the present & neither is thinking it's okay to post racially motivated statements when we are faced with living with such delicate matters.we are in a country with 11 official languages and murder/crime speaks non of these languages, the fight should be against crime not our fellow citzens of different race. no one has said it out loud but the few posts by fellow hubbers who i am in arms with in cycling suggest such.Let's stand stand together in a mission to "Ride 4 Life. " i myself have faced criminals while cycling but by the grace of the Lord Here I stand"

  9. On tuesday morning around 6am we where riding through sammy marks/river side,as we where about to enter i heard a sound as if something was moving through the bushes.I immediately stopped coz it sounded like a person or rather a large animal moving through,as i looked over the bushes alongside the single track i saw three men positioning themselves for an ambush.i had stopped 4m before a 80 degree corner that would have led us straight to the men who where positioned at about 10m from the corner.as they where positioning themselves they where speaking in an ethnic language which didn't sound South African as i speak 6 of our languages very well. i then instructed the guys i was riding with to turn back and we got away without being chased as they were'nt expecting our well timed quick retreat.Thank God we live to tell the tail unharmed.
  10. In communication with all parties involved a voice of reason has immeged to be the meal of the day.Hasty actions lead to more wrong than right and mine were not far off.The chain issue is being resolved thanks to all parties involved especially to Paragon being so active and reacting like a brand we've always known it to be.I there for apologise Sean and hope that people will realise that the context that KCNC was put in was completely undeserving.
