Can anyone assist with a group name or person that can help to build or source an electric tricycle for an adventurous paraplegic youn man. I see quite a few of these cycles being built overseas.

I am trying to find someone that can help build or source a hand driven electric assisted tricycle for my son who is a paraplegic. He lost the use of his legs in a motorcycle accident Being a very active and adventurous person this tricycle will give him the freedom to move around easier and cycle with his wife.
