  1. Race, have a few different schools, in different venues, one a week. Have a log and have a final placing after a few races. I prefer races to training, training is boring.
  2. What do you hubbers feel about using school pools as a base for a triathlon. Format- set times for swimmers, you seed the triathlets and you have waves of people swimming in there wave. So 6 lanes equals 6 guys swimming in their wave, have a max of 10 min per wave, swim 400m. Then next wave, so on. Hope I explained that ok. Then when finished your swim into transition and carry on with normal triathlon. When you finish you time is taken and worked to when you started. Like top gear names go up on the board for like the quest lap. Advantages of this format, more schools involved, leads to good development, parents and so on. Pool based swimming will get more people giving it ago, thus when the normal sea or river triathlons come around, there will be a new group of people keen and ready for the challenge! I feel this is a great way to get people into the sport! Is addictive, you just need to do your first one, and your hooked! This is a rough idea, keen to hear your thoughts!
