Hi guys, please help me as i am fairly new to MTB and have been riding since September 2010. I have recently got some cycling shoes and clip in peddles and have been using them since christmas, however since using the cleats i have pains on the inside of both knees as well as occasionaly pains also on the back of both knees. Im not sure if it is muscular or legaments, but whatever it is has happened since changing over to cleats. I have read in other post's the importance of a good bike set up, before the cleats everything was fine so i am convinced that this is my problem area. If it is of any use i screwed my cleats in the very foremost position possible in the shoes, maybe this is my problem area, have'nt moved them backward yet, can anybody please shed some light on this and help me out. much appreciated Kevin
