Morne, you and me both.... I have never even done something as remotely close to this distance (longest is about 110km). I am also concerned with the 200km but think I am more concerned about the 22km that is still to come after that.... 😉

my issue is not the dark, it is the 10+ hours in a saddle which in my world equates to "seer boude..."

As a new rider, I entered this event and will be my longest ride yet. I have questions regarding things like will there be water stops next to the road, if so how many and where? Also, with a ride like this, what kind of spares do you take with you? Same as per your normal club ride or do you pack lighter?
