I weigh 75kg's, I'm 1.86 m's tall and I'm not sure what saddle to buy, could someone give me a list of saddles that they think I should look at ? Thanks !!

yep ! was ajusting the cleats before the start...eek ! but was perfect...race was TERRIBLE was drafting with 2 people the whole way, but at 40k's to go I found a really amazing woman that her and I averaged 36kph to the finish...so ya ! me fine with that

This may seem like a REALLY stupid question, but i have a pair of Look PP206 pedals http://www.cwcycles.co.za/images/specials/011205_0805am_206.jpg and a pair of Shimano Dura-Ace 7800 pedals http://www.cwcycles.co.za/images/specials/151205_1722pm_dura%20pedal.jpg The dura-ace pedals came with the bike i bought today, but being quite inexperienced I'd like to know what exactly is the difference between the two pedals is *performance, comfort.etc* Any info apreciated before the race tomorrow Thanks !!

Is it possible to find a quite inexpensive pair of TTbars for my http://www.pazzaz.com/2008/productbikes/images/road/racebar/ra434db7.jpg pazzaz handlebars I just bought ? Or would it be too pricey? I have a pair of TT bars, but they only fit my alu handlebars....unless I could find larger parts to increase the gripping surface (haha if that even exsists) Any suggestions about anything that might help would be appreciated ! Thanks

I was out cycling thismorning with my American Classic 420's and one of my spokes must have come lose *exactly what I thought would happen after my dad wouldn't let me buy a spoke tightener last week* Anyway ! 1 of the spokes came lose and I heard a slight scratching the whole way, found out 20k later the 1 spoke was hanging off the hub and a bit of that nibble fell in *not sure if it snapped or just fell in whole...is a nibble 1 piece ???* fell back into the rim of my wheel*420's are deeeeep * so, I called up cycle lab, they said R10 spoke + R50 for *wheel weighting* which I reckon would be Truing...so how much do spoke tighteners go for and should I just replace and equally tighten the spokes myself ?? rather than donate R50 ?
