  12. Good day all I did Google this subject and read thehubsa, but still want to hear what is your opinion. I were 2 pair of glothes, 2 pair of socks and booties before I go out in winter, especially this week in Gauteng I bought thermal glothes and socks from Discem. My feet and hands are still freezing after a 3 hour ride. Any advice.
  13. Okay So best is Get the indoor training with with power and connect it on my tv. And ignore watt training when i am out on the road Awesome
  14. I will want to do interval training on it and the occational zwift app. Then I will want to use Then power meter on the road on weekend
  15. Thanks for all the replies my next question will be, do you use your phone or your watch. I have a Iwatch and does not support watt metering. Or do one sell it and invest in a garmin or fitbit. I do believe the phone mounted to the bike will work great
  16. Hey all thanks for the advice I want wheel on Tacx look nice, but I do not think they are able to give you watt output while you ride Wahoo looks if it is possible to do so watt bike and CycleOps cost to much Then can you also connect it to the Zwift app

  20. Good day all I started mtb, I did road cycling for a very long time I reckin I was good at road cycling, with a sub 2:30 on the 94.7 So I am struggling with MTB I can't see to ride uphills, my back wheel keep slipping and my front wheel lift. It is if I do not have enough momentum Fitness and power is not the problem I also struggles with downhills espcially if it is very rocky. I have not fitted a dropper seat post yet, but sure it might help abit If it is a not techincal course I find I do not have any issues. Any advice will do please
  21. Thanks for all the awesome replies I will for sure install one asap I reckon Lyne will be the best option to go with also I will post pics when my bike is complete thanks for all the help
