I have suddenly got knee pain and need some advice. I started cycling in October and have slowly been building my fitness and distance. My last ride was on December the 25th a short 50km ride and I have had no pain on my knee during a week of rest until last night while I was resting on the coach, I have been planning to get back on the bike this morning but was afraid to aggravate the knee further. If it helps the pain on the front. Any advise on what would cause the pain and should I get back on the bike?
