Hi! I would like to know whether anyone can recommend a safer route, or even a group that rides from Melkbos/Blouberg/Tableview to CBD. The bike path along the MyCiti bus lane between Paarden Eiland and the CBD is known to be avoided, but the short stretch on the highway to Woodstock seems just as risky. Is it possible to ride through the harbour or can anyone recommend an alternative route? It would be nice to cycle from home instead of taking the bikes to the CBD and cycling from there if we want to ride Chappies and so on. Thanks in advance!

Thank you very much for your input, Dobri. We cycled from Clarens to Fouriesburg and it was wonderful. The road is in a good condition and there weren't many cars. The views were stunning, although it was a freeeezing start. 10/10!

Hi! I am going to Clarens next weekend and would like to do a lekker long ride on the road. I see that in the past the road from Clarens to Fouriesburg has been recommended above the road from Clarens to Golden Gate, which is a bit of a pity (would be cool to ride Golden Gate). Any route suggestions?
