I come here because a bought a new road bike since 1 year. Its a Sworks Venge from 2015 and its equiped whit a powermeter. The last owner said that he don't use the powermeter for along and I need to bring it in a sram store for recalibration. I do some research on the product:
first, it's write ELSA on the side of the crankset and there was 4 screw so I search on product historic in sram website and I find the elsa RS with 4 screw and he look the same.
I try to change the battery (CR2032) and the led turn on. It's a slow blink (around 7sec red and 5sec off). I search in the quarq power user manual the status indicator and i find that continuous slow blink is a firmware update. The problem is that i can't connect my watch to the PM. I have a Fenix 5S and she have all connection device( ant +, Bluetooth). I try to pair a new device and nothing is detected. The blink can run during all the night and he never stop so i think it's not a firmware update. I search if sram have a app on phone for setting the device and there is sram AXS app. I instal it and y try to connect my pm whit my phone but nothing detected, it's because the powermeter dont have a bluetooth system and my phone dont have ant+ system so it's impossible to use this app. I search in the deep of sram website and I find qalvin legacy, a software for old PM. The indication for how to use it are very small but I understand that I need a ANT+ dongle for connecting my PC to the PM. I bough one that have a good notation in amazon and I try it today with a driver that work whit this dongle. I try to search a device but nothing is find. I unscrew my tray for see the ID number and I see these numbers one the location where sram indicate: 45550AFT. On other sides I see :30485 and 2015DJ5845 and on the cranks 13V43126913. This can be usefull. I try to search a device by ID number in qalvin legacy but nothing is find. So i try to search the exact documentation for my product, so i go on sram service hub and on elsa RS and search specification by entering the serial number. I try all the numbers that I give to you before and nothing works. I try to search whitout going in the elsa RS page (search in all the product) and nothing is find.
I try also to reset the PM by shortcut the system whit cent but the blink stay the same.
I also go in a sram dealer for asking if he know how to may that works but he don't know and that for 3 or 4 "official sram dealers". So I send a mail like this post at sram/quarq help center but no answer.
I have try all i find for make it works but i fail.
I need your help
