How do the local importers justify a price tag of just under R17,000 for a Racer x frame.. You can buy one online in the states for judst under R10,000???

In that case you might as well buy mine for R9500 and see what you can get for yours all welded up.. No the don't have V brake boss's, it's acarbon seat stay.. I'll check what he wants for it..

I got a quote on 08 XO, wheels ,tyres etc for less than that.. An X9 kit would be cheaper!! You just tgotta know who to talk to..

naa, you need more travel... Try get yourself a racer x frame 05,06 can pick them up quite cheap.. I think those guys in CT have some old stock but I'm not sure..

Yeah look the lack of travel is one of the reasons I upgraded.. i think it depends on what sort of riding you do, if it's mostsly XC and you're not heavy it's a good bike.. I was reaching the upper limits of what the bike can do so decided to upgrade.. I wouldn't worry about the spares issue, they will be available for some time

Racer X for sure, had mine for a month....it's wicked!! It has a much higher bb than the Blur so has great clearance over obsticles.. just make sure you have nice light parts cause if you don't you could end up with a lead baloon.. It's not the lightest frame but is extreemly rigid... Without a doubt the best bike I've ever ridden...

I think that's the security for stock theft, thay have a major problem with that..
