you wont see much difference in as you need to do shorter faster rides to get the speed up.  Also try shorter hills with hill repeats.  Also guarenteed to get you stronger.

 

Training: not quantity but quality.

Needing advise on the best, cheapest bike rack to purchase... for max, 2 bikes.  Towbar/no towbar needed? What would the going rate be...at the moment, clueless, needing your advise.
