Email from Grandstand: There was timing, they were under the Cape Times gazebo next to the start arch (manual timing). I am awaiting an answer why there was no one at the finish until 12:30 – unacceptable! Results will be on the website tonight

the 50km wasn't a tough race but very nice, also dissapointed at the finish line with no juice,medals etc. I dont think it was timed... Who timed then ? There was no one there. And we def made it long before cut off.
