  1. I use the same chaincleaner for my bike (manula) as I do om my other bike (Superbike), suzuki in centurion sells a chain cleaner for R70 and it lasts quite long.
  2. @ Wheelsuck: I ordered it directly form Nodia at Vodaworld in midrand, it took about a week for them to get it for me.
  3. Yup, the normal polar strap works with the bluetooth HR monitor, I tested it the weekend.
  4. I ordered mine it from Vodaworld in midrand, unfortunately its not available on contract yet, the thing is I only wanted to get the Heart rate monitor but they don't cell them separate, yet, so I asked the dude at the shop if they could do some inquiries for me, two days later he phoned me and said they have a phone for me, what can I say I'm a sucker for nice shiny toys. 5. https://sportstracker.nokia.com/nts/workoutdetail/index.do?id=934059 1st test run, I am a bit worried about the batterylife of the HR monitor, otherwise very impressed.
  6. Got my new toy today, was walking around the block this evening to see how the tracking and live update with sportstracker works, its bloody awesome. Ill take it for a proper test drive tomorrow. I want to know if there is anybody else on the hub that makes use of this, I think it would be so cool to share routes, especially mtb routes.
  7. Cyclesure is the way to go, was on the way to the panorama, realized I haven't insured my bike yet, and they insured me within half an hour.
  8. I you go to Michelle Cound's Photo's, you'll see some more details on the boys in shorts. http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=91046&id=594716758&l=46f0c3ec00
  9. Howzit Edman, <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I can?t really lose any more weight, my body fat is usually around 10% and I weigh in at 72kg and am 1.75m tall. I have a tiagra group set on my bike, but I thought I could save more on the wheels/$$$, hmmm, will check out your url. Thanks
  10. I only recently started road cycling and my love is still my MTB, I bought a Marida 905 last year just before the 94.7, started doing a lot more road cycling than I though I would. What I want to do is do small upgrades to get the weight down on my bike, but I still don?t want to spend a fortune on too expensive parts or even buy on a new bike, not yet anyway, Think Ill test the water and if I?m still hooked by the end of this year ill take the plunge. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> What I would like to know is what will be the most cost effective parts to replace to get that weight down, I thought of replacing the wheels and tyres for now, but keeping in mind that I only bought my bike for about R7500, I want to keep it realistic.
