  1. Those videos are great. They can really make you go on the exercise for hours. Thanks for sharing. I would like to see more because sometimes exercise could really bore me out.
  2. I don't think instant noodles can give the same benefits like the ones from pasta. Those DIY noddles have a lot of preservatives which may have a harmful effect on the body. I also have a friend who is fond of eating instant noodles who suffered from having kidney stones. Less preservatives, the better.
