Cycles Direct has a group ride on Saturday and Sunday mornings leaving from the Bayside shopping centre traffic lights at 6am. The rides normally head towards Cape Town and some guys go to Camps Bay, others to Llandudno and/or Chapmans Peak. They normally have a coffee stop on the way back at the Waterfront. Pace? That depends on mood, hangovers, group size etc.
