I would prefer to upgrade one bike to 10 speed so as to avoid cassett changed all together, but not sure as to what needs to be done....

would rather have 3 cassets and not have to swop every time....

I have 2 bikes and 3 sets of wheels!!, both are setup with 105's, probelm is one is... I have one 9 speed and one 10 speed set up... now this posses a problem when I want to swop wheels from training to racing... what can I do to upgrage the 9-speed to 10-speed or downgrade 10 to 9.... HELP!!! Thanks....
