He is currently on my case and I am trying to figure out what the scam is. Wouldn't it be worse giving him my banking details if he is a scammer which he clearly comes across as. The language used is also very scammer specific. Also how does this PayPal scam work. Do they claim the goods didn't arrive so PayPal doesn't pay you?
