What time does the Rosebank Engen group start during the week? Is there faster / slower days in this group? I'm in Jo'burg for 1 month looking for weekday morning group to join for DC training. Only got my MTB here, so would prefer to start on a slower day first to see If I can handle their pace? Or any other group recommendations?
