  1. Where can I order this from? Who has stock, most suppliers are saying 4-6 months?
  2. I have 11 speed Tiagra levers and have just fitted an 11-50 rear sprocket with a 42 front. I have fitted a Shimano 105 with an extender hanger bracket from Rapide, it does work but the chain slacks too much when back pedaling and the gear change is not smooth through all of the gears. ( I know this is not meant to work and will be removed) What rear derailleur will be best suited?
  3. I would like to record Heart rate Cadence Power And then obviously be able to downlead to Strava and Discovery etc. I currently have a Joule Power GPS HR Monitor which does all of this but is getting a bit old, time for an upgrade but not wanting to pay a hefty price

  5. The frame is a Volcan FS 29C Frame which only accommodates a press fit BB
  6. I have a SRAM BB 30 crank that does not fit my MTB frame which measures 40mm in diameter Can I get a BB bearing to fit or do I have to change the crank? I so does anyone have a crank that they would like to swop?

My Last race was the MTB Fats One this weekend 70kms I trained fairly hard and did a few 75km rides on my MTB bike as well as a 80km ride on my road bike a week before and then 30kms every second day leading up to the race. Carbo loaded 2 days before the race. The morning of the race, I ate a cereal and two eggs and drank 500ml of a rehydrate drink. Then got on the bike and road to the start of the race which was roughly 20kms away and then did the 70km race. Started cramping after 60kms in the race.
  9. Can anyone give me some sound advice to avoid cramping during races? I have trained hard but always seem to cramp in the last 20 kilometers. Anyone got any advice that I can follow that really works?
  10. The course was great, but the seeding was crap as too many inexperienced weekend warriors caused the bottlenecks and didn't understand the concept of a race. There should have been a lot more refreshment stands, I don't think that was fair or correctly organized.
  11. Where can I find 1" head spacers for a time trial bike, anyone got any ideas for me?
