The guy in the attached photo was pushing a Merida full suspension (ninety six I think) over the intersection of the R24 and Marcia street (http://g.co/maps/wmg7d), in the direction of Bruma Lake, at 5pm on Monday 10 October. Can’t be certain, but he looked like an unlikely Merida 96 owner. The bike still had its cleat pedals on it and he wasn't riding it. Alternatively, there could be a bike shop nearby that this was coming from/going to? But it looked very suspicious to me. Unfortunately the cell phone photo was taken into the sun - so it’s really bad. This is as much info as I have unfortunately. But contact me if you have any questions.
