Any advice on cycling while a person has hemorrhoids? Was off the bike for 5days now and dont know when and if I should start cycling again? Do cycling aggravate the situation? Any help or advice?

I dont know,was concentrating too much on holding my line and when there was a gap sprinted and dropped him anyway

I must comment.Also did the race and have a very good race,my best so far and I actually amazed myself. For the riders that made it "sour" for the rest of us like this bloke who will "report" you - tough luck. My worst part was with about 1-2km to go from the finish line the rider shouting to everyone "hold your f*cking line" but he was boxing us in so no one can go right to start an attack at the end? I mean what the hell? And yes I also crossed the white line about 4 times but only when there was no oncoming traffic but yes the group got bigger to the end and everyone wanted a nice spot for the finish.Started in the "B" bunch. Congrats to all that finished and good luck for the unfortunate few that fell.

I must comment about the riders riding on the right hand side of the road,TOTALLY unsafe and not really sportsmanslike.Thats not a good example but yes if the space is limited what's a cyclist to do. For me had the 2nd worst race of my life so far and to top it all when one was looking for the "medical" tent/area or a medic at the finish it took us exactly 30 minutes to be helped only to be told to go to a nearest hospital to see a doctor. This was after we also asked a commissair of Mpumalanga who was clueless, thankfully one of the marshalls helped us.

LOL thanks you guys! It's not that I,m having trouble with shifting its this Irritating noise while riding that drives me insane! Replaced the rear derailer pulleys a week ago with the "fancy" one's having bearings coz the other pulleys were worn badly after 7mths! Ive checked everything and the sound/noise is the same with either set of rims, Reynolds or Alexrims.

The chain is a Shimano HG53 and its being used with a Sora groupset...

Hi all, How should I put this, the chain on my bike looks to be worn out but I am not too sure if it is worn. I,ve measured the chain and it has not streched but the small round bits on each link that go between the teeth of the gears are moving around alot. Is this normal or should I think of replacing the chain?

Aside from riding to work and back, 20km roundtrip, I will go for extra distance rides when I have the time. Only started yestarday again after a two week flu kept me off the bike Started using immune booster supplements,hope it works though.
